The safety of our people comes before output. Every member of staff is trained, assessed as competent for their task and issued full PPE before they set foot on site, and that standard holds whether the work is in our workshop or at the face. We would rather stop a job than put a person at risk.
That same discipline runs through our compliance: 100% Tanzanian owned, fully aligned with the Mining (Local Content) Regulations, and backed by documented HSE management on every job.
